Step Sequencer Grid
Sequence up to 64 tracks with up to 128 steps. Click and drag to build patterns, set grid resolutions from 1/64 notes to 32 bars, and switch between straight, triplet, and dotted timing.
Volume & Gate Control
Shape every step with independent volume and gate length bars. Fine-tune the feel with adjustable gate min/max range and an easy-to-use global envelope with bezier fade-in and fade-out curves.
Randomization & Variation
Randomize patterns, volumes, and gate lengths independently with weighted bias control. Set per-row probabilities, lock rows to protect them, and auto-randomize each cycle for ever-evolving sequences.

Interlock uses two plugins that work together. Place an Main sequencer on one track, then drop an RX on each track you want to control. Each RX automatically appears as a row in the Main's sequencer grid — then you simply draw your pattern.
Run up to 16 independent Mains in a single session. One for drums, one for synths, one for vocals — each with its own pattern, timing, and RX units. Build as many interlocking layers as your project needs in realtime.

Interlock was born out of frustration. I was spending hours slicing up audio to create mosaics by hand — and every time I wanted to change a sound, I had to start over. I wanted a tool that handled the mechanical side, so I could focus on what actually matters: the music.
I'm Ajja — musician since age nine, self-taught coder since the early 90s, and recording and worldwide touring artist for over 20 years. Interlock is the first of many tools from Ajja Sonic.
